Steeplechase Contest 2026 Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The "Music City Rodeo × Iroquois Steeplechase Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by MCR Entertainment Partners LLC, [full address], Nashville, TN ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, the Iroquois Steeplechase / Volunteer State Horsemen's Foundation, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at [12:00 AM CT on [ENTRY START DATE]] and ends at [11:59 PM CT on [ENTRY END DATE]] (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit musiccityrodeo.com/pages/steeplechase-contest-2026 and fully complete the entry form, including first name, last name, email address, ZIP code, date of birth, and confirmation of age/residency. Limit: one (1) entry per person per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries are void.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

• One (1) Tailgate Package for the Iroquois Steeplechase on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Percy Warner Park, Nashville, TN — including four (4) tickets, one (1) tailgate spot for one vehicle, and one (1) 10'×10' tent (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $[STEEPLECHASE PKG ARV])
• Two (2) tickets to Music City Rodeo featuring Charley Crockett on Friday, May 29, 2026 at Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, TN (ARV: $200)

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $[TOTAL ARV]. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, as well as any expenses not specifically listed above, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, parking, and incidentals. Tickets and tailgate access are subject to the terms and conditions of each venue and event.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about [DRAWING DATE] by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided on the entry form within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days of first notification attempt, is deemed ineligible, fails to timely return required documents, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

7. Winner Release

As a condition of being awarded the prize, winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Iroquois Steeplechase / Volunteer State Horsemen's Foundation, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, injury, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of the prize, or travel to/from any prize-related activity.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy, available at musiccityrodeo.com/policies/privacy-policy.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent that Sponsor may use winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, voice, and/or statements (and, where consented, photographs) for Sponsor's promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, to be in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, stolen, or undeliverable entries; for any failure of the Sweepstakes website during the Sweepstakes Period; for any technical malfunction or other error that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; or for any injury or damage to entrants' or third persons' computers related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. All issues and questions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

13. Winner's List
