1. Sponsor

The "Music City Rodeo × CMA Fest Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by MCR Entertainment Partners LLC, [full address], Nashville, TN ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, Country Music Association, Inc. ("CMA"), Casa Rosa, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at [12:00 AM CT on [ENTRY START DATE]] and ends at [11:59 PM CT on [ENTRY END DATE]] (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit musiccityrodeo.com/pages/cma-contest-2026 and fully complete the entry form, including first name, last name, email address, ZIP code, date of birth, and confirmation of age/residency. Limit: one (1) entry per person per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to Music City Rodeo presented by TennPop followed by Miranda Lambert on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, TN (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $200)
Two (2) upper-level single-night tickets to CMA Fest presented by SoFi featuring Tim McGraw on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Nissan Stadium, Nashville, TN (ARV: $210)
One (1) $200 gift card to Miranda Lambert's Casa Rosa, Nashville, TN (ARV: $200)

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $610. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, as well as any expenses not specifically listed above, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals (other than the Casa Rosa gift card), parking, and incidentals. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of each venue and event.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about [DRAWING DATE] by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided on the entry form within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days of first notification attempt, is deemed ineligible, fails to timely return required documents, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

7. Winner Release

As a condition of being awarded the prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, CMA, CMA's parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, Casa Rosa, and each of their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, injury, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of the prize, or travel to/from any prize-related activity.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor and, where the entrant has opted in, by CMA/Country Connection, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Sponsor's privacy policy is available at musiccityrodeo.com/policies/privacy-policy. CMA's Country Connection privacy policy is available at cmaworld.com/privacy-policy/.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent that Sponsor may use winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, voice, and/or statements (and, where consented, photographs) for Sponsor's promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, to be in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, and to void any entries submitted fraudulently.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, stolen, or undeliverable entries; for any failure of the Sweepstakes website during the Sweepstakes Period; for any technical malfunction or other error that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; or for any injury or damage to entrants' or third persons' computers related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee; (ii) any and all claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
