1. Sponsors

This sweepstakes is co-sponsored by Music City Rodeo Live, LLC, 4361 Columbia Pike, Franklin, TN 37064 ("MCR"), and American Hat Company ("American Hat"), each a "Sponsor" and together the "Sponsors."

2. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members of MCR, American Hat, Jon Pardi, and any of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, agencies, and entities involved in the development or administration of this sweepstakes are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on the date this post is published on the Music City Rodeo Instagram and TikTok accounts and ends on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, follow all four (4) steps below on Instagram:

1. Follow @musiccityrodeo.
2. Follow @americanhatco.
3. Follow @jonpardi.
4. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments under the official giveaway post on the Music City Rodeo Instagram account.

Each unique friend tagged in a separate comment under the official giveaway post counts as one (1) additional entry. Tagging the same friend more than once does not count as multiple entries. Tagging public figures, businesses, or accounts you do not personally know does not count. Comments must be made on the official giveaway post; comments on any other post, story, or reel do not count. Limit: ten (10) total entries per person.

By entering, you represent that any account you tag belongs to a real person you know and that you have a reasonable basis to believe they would not object to being tagged. Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means are void. Private accounts that cannot be verified as following all three accounts at the time of drawing will be disqualified.

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram, TikTok, and Meta from all liability arising from this sweepstakes.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to Music City Rodeo Night 1 featuring Miranda Lambert (Thursday, May 28, 2026).
• Two (2) tickets to Music City Rodeo Night 2 featuring Charley Crockett (Friday, May 29, 2026).
• Two (2) tickets to Music City Rodeo Night 3 featuring Jon Pardi (Saturday, May 30, 2026).
• One (1) American Hat Company hat, signed by Jon Pardi.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: $1,800 USD.

The prize is awarded as a single package and cannot be split, substituted, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize as described becomes unavailable for any reason. Tickets are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the venue and ticketing provider. Winner is responsible for all costs not specifically listed above, including travel, lodging, meals, gratuities, and any incidental expenses. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, May 20, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by MCR or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

The potential winner will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing by direct message on Instagram from @musiccityrodeo and, where an email address is provided in response to the DM, by email. The potential winner must respond to the notification and confirm acceptance of the prize no later than Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. If the potential winner does not respond within this period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may, at Sponsors' sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. No more than three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted, after which the prize may go unawarded.

7. Winner Release

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within five (5) business days of being notified. Failure to return signed documents in the time required will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to MCR's Privacy Policy, available at musiccityrodeo.com/policies/privacy-policy. Instagram handles and any tagged comments are public information visible on the Instagram platform.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsors' use of the winner's name, likeness, Instagram handle, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in all media now known or later devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

10. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to causes including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsors, their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, Jon Pardi, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Davidson County, Tennessee having jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsors in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
